When no party get 20% of the votes as required to nominate President and vice President from internal candidates, then the party has to find out from other parties to reach Presidential threshold. That means   19% of votes can ensure a president nominee decided by 1% of party votes.

Party’s highest achievement of his votes, but then does not meet these requirements, has to look for a coalition partners, although which in the last legislative election time was obviously political opponents. Where our dignity is?.

An odd thing is, possible, a party that only gets 10% of votes, but can still be a candidacy for president within his own party by trying to collect other small parties to build coalition till 20% of votes. If this happen it meant that swipe away people vote who have given to the party that rich 19% vote.

The colorful flags of different small parties will only fly as a coalition government. This model of power sharing only benefits the interested parties but loses out for nation interests. Votes are more plentiful for candidates, who fund their own canvassing. While the people at the time of making a choice, just look at the colors emotionally, but not the substance. The flag that will fly once the elections are over will be a luke warm version of a strong democracy.

Last but not least, the laws that govern how people can be leaders is an inherent flaw that is very risky. The elections will be flawed before the first vote is cast.
